About Schedvia
Built for our own businesses first.
Schedvia exists so a service business can be up and running with a professional website, online bookings, payments and a shop in one sitting, without hiring a designer, wiring six different apps together, or losing evenings to any of it.
We spent years running service businesses of our own, and we kept hitting the same wall every small operator knows: websites that took weeks to build and dated in months, booking tools that did not talk to the calendar, invoices chased by hand, customers who forgot appointments because nobody had time to send reminders. The work was never the hard part. The admin around the work was.
So we built the tools ourselves, ran our own operations on them, and kept refining what proved itself in real use. Schedvia is that toolkit, opened up to everyone: the website, the bookings, the reminders, the payments and the shop, already wired together, so you can put your time into the work you are actually good at.
What we hold ourselves to
- Your money never passes through us. Customers pay by card through Stripe, straight into your own Stripe account and on to your bank.
- Free means free. The Free plan has no monthly fee and no time limit. We charge only when a payment is made through Schedvia — a small fee on each sale. Money you take in person carries no fee at all.
- No lock-in. No contracts, cancel any time, and your customer relationships stay yours.
- No invented numbers. Every demo on this site is labelled as a demo, and we will never pad this page with made-up customer counts or testimonials.
